Project Description
The project consisted of a mixed-use tower comprising of residential and commercial spaces. the building contains 21 levels with 5 levels of basement parking, 100 services apartments spread over levels 1-5 and 183 residential apartments spread over level 6-21.
Construction of a new mixed use apartment building comprising 6 basement levels, ground floor retail and 23 levels of mixed use 183 residential units and 100 serviced apartments (Quest Hotel)
